Job DescriptionDental Assistant (DA/RDA) – Full-Time or Part-Time
West Covina, CA | $20–$26/hour DOE
We are a private family dental practice with a small, friendly team and great patient reviews, looking for a Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join us!
Schedule
Part-time or full-time available
- Monday–Wednesday: 9 AM–6 PM
- Thursday: 10 AM–7 PM
- Friday: 8 AM–1 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- $20–$26/hour, depending on experience
- Vacation pay and holiday pay for full-time employees
- Stable, single-location family dental practice
Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor with extractions, root canals, implants, and restorative procedures
- Take X-rays and prepare patients for treatment
- Set up and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Assist during procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide excellent patient care and support a smooth office workflow
Qualifications
- DA or RDA; 1+ year of experience preferred
- X-ray certification
- Team player with a good attitude
- Responsible and respectful
- Good communication skills
Our team: 2 front office staff + 3 dental assistants
