Job Description
The Warehouse Team receives, stores, and ships fresh and frozen beef. It's a hands-on, physically active role with opportunities to cross-train in other areas of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pull and pack customer orders
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Receive and store incoming shipments
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Cross-train and support other roles as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Flexible, meticulous, and efficient
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong communication skills
- Self-directed, but comfortable taking direction
- Basic math skills
- Comfortable with shipping software, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office
- Positive, proactive attitude
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Stand or walk up to 8 hours a day on concrete floors
- Repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs.
- Work in cold coolers/freezer environments
- Operate an electric forklift (training available)
- Drive a refrigerated box truck when needed
PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)
- Food, meat, or warehouse experience
