Round Table Restaurant Manager
At Round Table Pizza, we've enjoyed a heritage of creating high quality, innovative pizzas for over 53 years. From our founder Bill Larson's first Round Table Pizza Parlor in Menlo Park, CA in 1959 to 500 thriving restaurants today, Round Table has always stood for freshness, innovation and craveable flavors in everything we serve.
We are currently expanding and are looking for a dedicated, dynamic and results driven General Manager for our new location in Delano, CA. The right candidate has a wealth of experience, a proven track record of success and is eager to recruit and develop amazing talent. We are looking for career oriented team members and it all starts with our amazing management staff!
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Oversee all restaurant operations including excellent food quality, guest service, staff friendliness, and restaurant cleanliness.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety and ensure employees adhere to uniform standards.
- Ensure uncompromising approach to safe practices.
- Create an environment where open and honest communication is welcomed.
- Communicate with management on all issues, concerns or recommendations.
- Organize marketing activities within the community, such as promoting group events
- Analyze restaurant sales levels and profitability; work with management to set budgets
- Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control, sales, and stock levels.
