Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – High School
Location: San Carlos, CA
Pay: $50.33–$62.78 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | 30 Hours per Week
Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Grade Levels: 9–12+
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Analyze behavioral data and track student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families.
- Provide staff training and possible Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision.
- Travel between assigned school sites.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification.
- Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and evidence-based behavioral interventions.
- High school or transition-age student experience preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills.
