Specialty Motorsports is seeking a driven, personable, and detail-oriented Inventory Acquisition Specialist to help expand our motorcycle and powersports inventory.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with industry knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to grow with an established, high-volume dealership.

POSITION OVERVIEW

You'll play an important role in identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and purchasing motorcycles and other powersports vehicles for dealership inventory.

You'll work with private sellers, customers visiting our dealership, consignment clients, and outside inventory sources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and pursue motorcycle acquisition opportunities.
  
  
• Research motorcycle values, market demand, and resale potential.
  
  
• Communicate and negotiate with private sellers.
  
  
• Handle in-store motorcycle purchase inquiries and appraisals.
  
  
• Coordinate consignment intake and customer agreements.
  
  
• Maintain organized records of purchase opportunities and completed acquisitions.
  
  
• Develop new sourcing channels to increase inventory.
  
  
• Work closely with dealership management to maintain a strong, profitable inventory selection.
  
  

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Working knowledge of motorcycles, makes, models, and current market values.
  
  
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  
  
• Comfortable communicating with customers in person, over the phone, and online.
  
  
• Self-starter who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
  
  
• Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple opportunities.
  
  
• Previous dealership, automotive, motorcycle, or powersports experience preferred.
