Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to clients in their homes. The LVN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) delivering high-quality care tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration.
- Follow individualized care plans and document patient progress accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for the patient.
- Respond to changes in patient condition and report to supervising RN.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards of care.
Monday to Thursday 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Saturday - Sunday anytime.
