Barista / Cashier – Café 33
Café 33 is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Barista/Cashier to join our team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, learns quickly, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages consistently and efficiently
- Take customer orders and accurately operate the POS/cash register
- Learn and memorize our full menu, including ingredients and preparation
- Be agile and adaptable when learning new items, specials, and seasonal menus
- Provide excellent, friendly, and attentive customer service
- Make an effort to learn and remember our regular customers’ names and preferences to create a personal, neighborhood-café experience
- Keep the café clean and organized throughout the entire shift, including counters, equipment, tables, dining areas, and workstations
- Restock supplies and keep your station ready during busy periods
- Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Help teammates when needed and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who is friendly, outgoing, clean, organized, quick to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Barista or customer-service experience is preferred, but a great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are especially important.
We want team members who understand that great service is more than taking an order—it’s remembering our customers, keeping the café beautiful, knowing the menu, and making people want to come back.
