We are a highly rated private practice looking for an experienced Dental Assistant (RDA preferred) to support a high quality and efficient dentist. This is a part-time position (approx. 22 paid hours/week) with top-of-market pay that reflects the level of service and skill required.

Schedule

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• (1-hour lunch)

About the Role

You'll be the assistant to a sole provider at a boutique PPO office. You'll anticipate needs, turn over rooms quickly, and deliver excellent four-handed chairside assistance across general and cosmetic procedures.

What You'll Do

• Manage patient flow and chairside support
• Provide high quality service and exceptional customer service
• Set up and break down operatories quickly and stay ahead of the schedule
• Assist with a full range of general and cosmetic procedures
• Take digital X-rays and CBCT scans, plus intraoral scans and impressions
• Explain post-op instructions and answer patient questions with warmth and clarity
• Maintain thorough electronic charting
• Follow OSHA and infection control standards, manage sterilization turnover, and track lab cases

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of chairside experience, ideally in a service oriented high quality practice
• Active California RDA license, OR an experienced DA with required California course certificates (8-hr Infection Control, 2-hr Dental Practice Act), current X-ray certification, and CPR/BLS (coronal polish is a plus)
• Strong time management and calm under pressure
• Clear communication and a team-first attitude
• Dependable attendance for every scheduled shift

• $35.00 – $50.00 / hr based on experience and clinical skills (RDA license and proven fast-paced private practice experience at the top of the range)
