Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies.
- Explain policy coverage, benefits, and exclusions clearly.
- Process new business applications and endorsements.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales targets.
Requirements
- Active California Property & Casualty License preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with insurance agency management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
