<p>Service Writer:</p>
<ul>
<li>Review all service invoices for correctness (mileage, working times, parts, etc.)</li>
<li>Adjust mileage, times, markups to match each individual customer’s needs/wants (George &amp; Rick will train this person on each customer and what is needed here)</li>
<li>Process and input key account information into Fullbay+QuickBooks</li>
<li>Identify and execute areas to improve current invoicing procedures</li>
<li>Interface with Cash Management team to ensure timely payment and collections for all accounts</li>
<li>Collaborate with other service writers, parts department, technicians to schedule jobs, order parts and onboard/organize customers</li>
