Status:Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Surgical Scrub Tech for a permanent mid-shift position. This role is critical to our midday surgical flow, requiring a professional who can maintain a sterile environment and anticipate the needs of the surgical team in a fast-paced OR.
Critical Requirement: On-Call & Call-Back
- Mandatory Call:This position requires regular on-call and call-back shifts.
- Applicant Note:Participation in the call rotation is a strictly mandatory requirement for this role.Please only apply if you are fully willing and able to accept call-back responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are ready for surgery.
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating next steps.
- Perform accurate counts of sponges, needles, and instruments per facility protocol.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, sterilized, and handled according to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience:Previous experience as an OR Scrub Tech is required.
- Certification:Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program; CST preferred.
- Basic Life Support:Current BLS certification required.
- Reliability:Must be able to work the consistent 10:4519:15 mid-shift schedule.
