Our business started as a mobile massage experience, and that remains an important part of who we are. Over the past 15 years, we’ve grown to include our boutique Pilates, Yoga, and Massage Studio, while continuing to provide personalized care through our mobile practice.
A certified expert in Pilates, Yoga, Massage Therapy, and Lymphatic Therapy owns and operates our business. We’ve built our reputation on individualized client care, professionalism, and a positive wellness experience—and we bring those same values to our mobile massage services.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Certified Massage Therapist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our Mobile Massage team.
This is an on-call position providing massage therapy at clients’ homes, businesses, events, and other approved locations within our service area. You should be comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative team.
Our service area includes Napa County locations within approximately 30–40 minutes of Napa, as well as the City of Sonoma. Additional travel time may be accommodated and will incur a travel fee.
Our mobile practice offers a variety of opportunities, including individual appointments and group or corporate events. For larger events, you may work alongside one or more members of our massage team.
Our mobile massage appointments have a 90-minute minimum for individual services.
This role is a good fit for a therapist who values flexibility, professionalism, collaboration, and providing clients with a thoughtful, personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional massage therapy tailored to each client’s individual needs.
- Provide a safe, comfortable, and professional experience in a variety of mobile settings.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients before, during, and after appointments.
- Arrive prepared and on time with the equipment and supplies necessary to provide the scheduled service.
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and quality care.
- Work independently while collaborating with other therapists and team members when needed.
- Maintain the professional standards and client-centered approach that are central to our business.
What We’re Looking For
- Certification: You must be a Certified Massage Therapist.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in massage therapy.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Professionalism: A commitment to providing safe, respectful, and professional care.
- Independence: Comfortable working independently in mobile settings.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and able to communicate promptly regarding scheduling and client needs.
- Teamwork: Comfortable collaborating with other therapists for group and event services.
