About This Role
We are seeking a Remote Case Manager to support our attorneys in managing personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in personal injury law, with the ability to independently manage approximately 75–100 cases under the guidance and supervision of our attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely case updates.
- Assist clients with coordinating appropriate medical treatment and understand how treatment impacts case development.
- Prepare and draft settlement demand packages.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies under the guidance and supervision of attorneys.
- Review medical records and understand basic medical terminology relevant to personal injury claims.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, medical providers, insurance representatives, and attorneys.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience preparing and writing personal injury settlement demands.
- Experience negotiating settlements with insurance companies.
- Working knowledge of basic medical terminology and personal injury case development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple cases and negotiating with insurance carriers.
- English-Spanish speaking skills preferred.
