Key Responsibilities\n

- Plan and conduct segments of physical therapy treatment programs designed to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions
- Meet department objectives while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
- Manage an outpatient-only caseload with 38 patient-facing hours and 2 hours of documentation time per week
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation within allotted documentation time

Required Qualifications\n
- \n
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if licensure was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
- Active Oregon Physical Therapy license or compact license valid for state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- No on-call requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills\n

- Minimum two years of Physical Therapy experience
- Spanish language proficiency
- Vestibular certification
