The Construction Project Manager will lead industrial facility, infrastructure, and public works projects from planning through completion. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role will coordinate a cross-functional matrix team, maintain project schedules and documentation using Procore and Microsoft Project, and conduct weekly site visits to support safe, efficient project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate construction projects across industrial, infrastructure, and public works environments.
- Manage project schedules and maintain schedule control using Microsoft Project.
- Coordinate subcontractors and cross-functional matrix project teams.
- Monitor and promote compliance with construction safety requirements.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation in Procore.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct weekly site visits to monitor project progress and coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Five or more years of construction project management experience.
- Experience with scheduling software, including Microsoft Project.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Contract management experience.
- Budget forecasting experience.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Negotiation skills.
- Leadership experience.
