Manufacturing Assembly & Welding Technicians
Location: Cerritos, CA
Industry: Industrial Manufacturing / Fabrication
Pay: $22 - $26/hour + Overtime + Bonus
Job Overview
Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking experienced Manufacturing Assemblers, Fabricators, and Welders for an industrial manufacturing company in Cerritos, CA.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, industrial piping, metal fabrication, welding, or manufacturing production environments.
Responsibilities
- Assemble industrial piping systems, mechanical components, and fabricated products.
- Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Assist with pipe fitting, cutting, grinding, drilling, and fabrication.
- Perform welding and related fabrication tasks based on experience.
- Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and workmanship.
- Maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, fabrication, or welding.
- Experience working with industrial piping, valves, fittings, or mechanical equipment is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Blueprint reading and mechanical aptitude preferred.
- MIG, TIG, or other welding experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
