Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough and inclusive bio-psychosocial assessments tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families, ensuring cultural competency.
- Provide individual and group counseling services, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop treatment plans and facilitate interventions for mental health and substance use disorders.
- Conduct crisis interventions and safety assessments, directly collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure prompt and effective plans are established for at-risk patients.
- Document clinical interventions, patient evaluations, and progress notes electronically within the health record system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Serve as a liaison between patients and necessary community resources, including medication assistance programs and other support services.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives by collaborating with healthcare colleagues to collect and analyze data aimed at enhancing service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
