Job Description:
- Lead SRE strategy, architecture, and reliability engineering initiatives across cloud and enterprise platforms.
- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and highly available solutions with a focus on automation and operational excellence.
- Drive observability, monitoring, and AIOps initiatives using Dynatrace and related platforms.
- Lead major incident management, RCA, performance optimization, and reliability improvements.
- Partner with customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance for SRE, cloud, and platform engineering practices.
- Strong expertise in Dynatrace, Cloud (Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Automation, Observability, and Stakeholder Management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Good to have retail domain expertise.
