Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly preferred
- Strong communication, consultation, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Familiarity with data collection and progress monitoring tools
- Passion for supporting students with diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for students as needed
- Develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to individual students
- Provide consultation and training to teachers, support staff, and parents on behavior strategies and implementation
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Document services and maintain compliant records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
