Job Description

Job DescriptionJoin Our Transformative Mental Healthcare Team

Become part of a movement that is reshaping mental health services. Founded by a group of psychiatrists, our organization stands at the forefront of addressing the mental health crisis, revolutionizing how individuals access care and how clinicians provide it. We prioritize transparency regarding our services, treatments, and coverage options, advocate for innovation, and utilize our extensive data to continually enhance care delivery.

Our mission is straightforward yet impactful: Enhancing lives, one session at a time.

Our dedicated and skilled clinical team enjoys both autonomy and institutional backing, allowing them to concentrate on what truly matters: improving patient outcomes. Our clinicians aim to make a broader impact beyond individual client support, working to elevate care standards that resonate throughout the system.

As a trusted behavioral health partner in the Western U.S., we have cultivated strong relationships that provide us with exceptional access, interoperability, and priority referrals. This unique position, along with our top-tier coordinated care and feedback mechanisms, leads to outstanding outcomes and cost efficiencies.

Our services are designed to be convenient and accessible, merging personalized client engagement with cutting-edge technology to enhance, rather than replace, human connection. We believe that genuine human relationships are essential, and we ensure comprehensive care from the initial match to ongoing sessions, so no one is overlooked and everyone has a brighter future ahead.

  • Continuity of Care: In the broader industry, only 36% of clients who attend at least four sessions continue with the same clinician; we exceed this with a 94% continuity rate.
  • Client Engagement: The industry average for clients attending their first scheduled appointment is 65%; we improve this to an 81% attendance rate.
