Seeking an experienced and strategic Lead, People Solutions (Workday Technical Lead/Architect) to serve as the technical owner and architect of Workday platform and People Technology ecosystem.
This role is responsible for defining and executing the technical strategy, architecture, governance, security model, integration framework, and operational support model across Workday and related HR technologies. The Lead will act as the organization s primary subject
matter expert and technical authority for Workday Security, Integrations, Data Architecture, and Platform Eligible to workimization.
The ideal candidate combines deep Workday technical expertise with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and enterprise architecture experience. This individual will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Talent, Finance, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, and external service providers to ensure the People Technology landscape remains scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
