- Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot water filtration and purification systems.
- Service reverse osmosis (RO), whole-house filtration, water softeners, and under-sink filtration systems.
- Diagnose water quality issues, leaks, pressure problems, and system malfunctions.
- Replace filters, membranes, cartridges, fittings, valves, and other components.
- Perform water quality testing and explain results and system recommendations to customers.
- Educate customers on proper system operation and routine maintenance.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders.
- Follow all applicable plumbing codes, safety procedures, and company standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service.
