Key Responsibilities:
- Perform trimming of harvested cannabis flower using standard procedures
- Maintain a clean environment by removing and disposing of all waste, cleaning, and sanitizing workstation and tools used daily
- Assist in collecting data to monitor plant yield, quality, and seed-to-sale tracking
- Meet any required activity performance counts
- Master and apply basic principles of trimming SOPs and sanitation
- Assist others as part of a team to accomplish trimming goals set forth by management
- Perform all tasks set by management in a safe and efficient manner
Qualifications:
- Stand/Sit long periods of time, bending and stooping
- Required to wear PPE
- Working in an indoor cultivation environment, which can include no natural light
- Willingness to learn and adhere to established best practices for cannabis trimming and cultivation
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, showing initiative and a proactive approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Able to work in the US
