Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other store services
- Process and handle packages for drop-off, pick-up, and delivery
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Prepare and package shipments using UPS, USPS, and other carriers
- Support print and copy services including document finishing and binding
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail, customer service, or shipping experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
