This in-person role involves providing specialized physical therapy services across campuses in the Chino and Wildomar areas, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year. Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in California
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of PT practices in an educational environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to work independently and maintain precise documentation
  • Flexibility to travel between Chino and Wildomar locations for in-person sessions

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized physical therapy assessments and interventions as outlined in students’ IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success and promote safe mobility and access within school settings
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Communicate regularly with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and update on student achievements
  • Provide training and recommendations for classroom adaptations, equipment, and activities to enhance student participation
