Cannon Building is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects throughout San Diego County. What You'll Do
\n

- Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communications.
- Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, architects, owners, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee project documentation using Procore and other construction management software.
- Ensure compliance with HCAI/OSHPD requirements, contract documents, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Mentor project team members while maintaining strong client relationships.

What We're Looking For
\n
- \n
- 6+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Extensive Healthcare (OSHPD/HCAI) construction experience is required.
- Proven experience managing Design-Build projects (DBIA certification is a plus).
- Track record of successfully managing projects ranging from $500K–$20M.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other construction management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
