Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist showroom visitors, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Understand customers’ automotive needs and preferences through active listening and consultation
- Match customers with suitable vehicles based on their interests and requirements
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to prospective buyers
- Facilitate the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends
- Follow up with potential customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and dealership goals
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, automotive sales preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to understand and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and a professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or automotive fields is a plus

- Two years of sales experience is required
- Car sales experience preferred but not required, however must have professional sales experience
- A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for sales and customer satisfaction
- Identify the needs of a customer, recognize their buying signals and close the deal while building trust and rapport
