Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing transactions in a timely manner
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts
- Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
