Desired Qualifications:

  • Active and valid California SLP license; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or working toward CFY
  • Experience in pediatrics and school-based caseloads preferred
  • Strong teletherapy skills, or an eagerness to learn latest digital platforms for virtual service delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services, monitor progress, and update documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations as part of a collaborative team
  • Offer consultative support to teachers and family members to reinforce strategies in classroom and home settings
  • Stay current on best practices and methodology in the field of speech-language pathology
