Desired Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active and valid California SLP license; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or working toward CFY
Experience in pediatrics and school-based caseloads preferred
Strong teletherapy skills, or an eagerness to learn latest digital platforms for virtual service delivery
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
Deliver direct therapy services, monitor progress, and update documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations as part of a collaborative team
Offer consultative support to teachers and family members to reinforce strategies in classroom and home settings
Stay current on best practices and methodology in the field of speech-language pathology
