Tech B’s will need soldering skills and will have to interview and pass a skills test to be eligible for hire
Requirements:
- 2+ years thru-hole and surface-mount soldering.
- Component-level soldering repair required.
- Testing/Troubleshooting/Repair of PCBs (printed circuit boards) at the component-level.
- Associate will be working on radio antennas / amplifier transmitters.
- Heavy equipment of 50+lbs. Will not be required to lift, but must be willing to work with heavy electronic equipment. (i.e. slide radios on a conveyor belt)
- Computer literate. Basic computer proficiency & data entry. Be able to navigate computer applications (i.e. MS Office).
- Communicate with others in English. Training will be conducted in English. All technicians must be able to communicate with the team in English.
Required:
- Safety-toe shoes are required.
- Techs will be working around heavy equipment.
