Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Location: Encinitas, CA | Hours: 20-30 hours/week | Pay: Starting at $18/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by being friendly, helpful, and engaging Learn and share product knowledge to guide customer purchases
- Cashier and handle transactions using our Shopify POS system
- Assist customers in returns and exchanges ensuring in the best possible customer experience
- Gift-wrap purchases with care and creativity
- Maintain store appearance: straighten, fold, restock, merchandise, and create displays
- Assist with inventory, including receiving and unpacking new shipment
- Help meet daily sales goals and contribute to team success
- Complete daily tasks including cleaning, opening, and closing duties
- Work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Be a positive and dependable team member who takes initiative

Must Haves
\n
- \n
- High school graduate or over 18
- 1+ year of customer service experience (retail strongly preferred)
- Experience using a Shopify POS system
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively
- A flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic
- Are supportive of colleagues, going out of your way to help others on the team and showing them kindness
- Quick learner with a basic understanding of technology and willingness to grow
