Machine Operator

Shift: 1st shift, 7:00am to 3:30pm
Client Overview
This company runs one of the largest packaging manufacturing networks in the country, making corrugated boxes and cartons used across grocery, retail, and consumer goods industries. You would be working at a busy production facility that runs real equipment every shift.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate a range of manufacturing equipment on the production line
- Stack corrugated product and organize finished materials
- Conduct quality checks throughout the shift
- Set up materials for machine runs
- Operate power hand tools as needed
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety rules and procedures
- Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and navigate stairs throughout the shift
- Work overtime, weekends, or other shifts as needed
What We Need From You
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of machine operator experience in a high volume manufacturing setting
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay physically active for a full shift
Preferred/Bonus
- Military training or technical school background
- Prior experience in corrugated or packaging manufacturing specifically
- Desire to advance into more complex machine operation over time
