Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance - Base Salary to 85k/year - Fresno, CA

• Our client is an established insurance agency seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and service a portfolio of mid-sized to large commercial insurance accounts. This position supports commercial insurance producers with account management, policy renewals, carrier marketing, and ongoing client servicing.
• The portfolio includes commercial accounts across industries such as transportation, contracting, healthcare, agriculture, manufacturing, and construction. Accounts generally range from $25,000 to $100,000+ in premium.
• Candidates located in Fresno, CA, will work a hybrid schedule. Remote opportunities are available for candidates located on the West Coast who can work Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned book of commercial lines insurance accounts, including mid-sized and large commercial accounts.
  
• Support 1–2 commercial insurance producers with account servicing, renewals, and new business activities.
  
• Coordinate commercial insurance policy renewals, including gathering underwriting information, preparing submissions, and marketing coverage to insurance carriers.
  
• Process policy endorsements, coverage changes, and other commercial insurance servicing requests.
  
• Prepare commercial insurance proposals, coverage summaries, and renewal documentation.
  
• Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters regarding submissions, quotes, policy changes, and renewals.
  
• Maintain commercial insurance account records, policy documentation, and renewal schedules.
  
• Service commercial insurance accounts across industries including transportation, construction, contracting, healthcare, agriculture, and manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
  
• 3+ years of account management experience.
  
• Experience managing and servicing commercial lines insurance accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and carrier marketing.
  
• Experience supporting commercial insurance producers and coordinating commercial policy servicing.
  
• Ability to work Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 65k - 85k/year range.
