We are a busy sandwich shop located in Escondido since 1989. We are looking for hardworking, detail oriented, team players with excellent customer service and multi tasking skills. No experience necessary - we will train good candidates. Our ideal candidate is responsible, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Preparing deli sandwiches fresh to order accurately in a high paced environment.
• Provides excellent customer service; greets and engages customers, providing helpful and friendly service and information needed to help customers make product-related decisions.
• Maintains a clean work area at all times. Initial shift will consist of washing dishes and cleaning lobby area while training on the line.
• Assisting in other duties as assigned, including daily cleaning and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Team player with a good attitude, who shows up to work on time, and is a respectful and responsible individual
Must be available daily between 11am - 4pm at minimum. Most shifts are four hours 4-5 days a week to start. Hours can increase with experience. If you are available evening, more hours may be available as well. Pay is $16.80 plus cash tips daily.
