This full-time role operates within a remote framework, allowing therapists to deliver services from anywhere while maintaining a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and therapy sessions in compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Qualifications\n

- A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in virtual therapy platforms and a strong comfort level with technology to provide effective online counseling services.
