Compensation & Schedule

• Base Salary: $68,000–$70,000
• Bonus Potential: $14,000–$20,000
• Total Compensation: $84,000–$90,000
• Schedule: 45–50 hours/week with strong work/life balance
• PTO: 15 paid days off annually
• Training: 8–10 weeks of hands-on, supportive onboarding
