Job Description:

- Greet and register patients for outpatient, inpatient, or emergency services.
- Confirm insurance eligibility and benefits; obtain authorizations/referrals as needed
- Collect co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding patient balances at time of service
- Answer high-volume phone calls and manage patient inquiries professionally
- Enter and update patient information accurately in EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
