Compensation: Competitive Pay Per Mile (CPM) + Stop Pay + Performance Bonuses

Location: Regional / Long-Haul (500+ mile routes)

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused CDL Class A Commercial Truck Driver to join our fleet. In this role, you will operate a standard tractor-trailer to transport refrigerated goods (reefer) and general freight across long-haul routes (typically 500+ miles per run) with occasional overnight travel required.

Key Responsibilities

Transport Freight: Safely operate a standard tractor-trailer to transport temperature-controlled (reefer) cargo and general freight over long-haul routes (500+ miles).
Timely Deliveries: Ensure all cargo is delivered safely, securely, and on schedule while maintaining clear communication with dispatch.
Safety & Maintenance: Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
DOT Compliance: Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) logs, fuel receipts, and route records in strict compliance with federal, state, and FMCSA regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Licensing: Active Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Medical Clearances: Valid DOT Medical Card and ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check.
Driving Record: Clean 2-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Experience: Previous experience operating reefer/temperature-controlled trailers and standard tractor-trailers over long distances preferred.
Physical Capability: Ability to handle occasional overnight travel, secure loads, and conduct vehicle inspections in various weather conditions.
