Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and oversee the accuracy and organization of data within internal databases while ensuring confidentiality standards are met.

Gather and analyze information from multiple sources to support reporting and business decision making.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support operational and engagement initiatives.

Track key performance metrics and identify trends or inconsistencies that may impact data quality.

Support special projects by conducting research, preparing analysis, and presenting findings to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
-
A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, or a related field.

At least 3+ years of experience working with database systems and data management tools.

Strong prior experience working at non profit organizations or educational institutions within fundraising / advancement teams, and utilizing donor-related data platforms.

Proficiency in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences.

Previous experience with database tools, reporting systems, and basic data query languages.

Flexible and adaptable work style with strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
