About the Role:
Elia Hospitality LLC is looking for an energetic and passionate Food Runner to join our team in Campbell, CA! Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the correct tables
- Assist servers by communicating order status and ensuring smooth table service
- Maintain knowledge of menu items to answer basic guest questions
- Ensure proper food presentation and quality before delivering to guests
- Support kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain efficient service flow
- Clear and reset tables as needed to support a clean dining environment
- Communicate any special dietary needs or allergy concerns to the appropriate staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
