What You'll Do - Deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience to every guest who walks through our doors. - Build genuine relationships with guests and create lasting connections that encourage repeat business and referrals. - Assist guests in selecting engagement rings, wedding bands, diamonds, gemstones, fine jewelry, watches, and meaningful gifts. - Learn and confidently communicate the quality, craftsmanship, and unique features of our jewelry collections. - Listen carefully to guests' needs, understand their budgets and preferences, offer thoughtful recommendations, and present available financing options as an extension of our exceptional guest service. - Develop product knowledge in diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, jewelry care, and repair services. - Work toward individual and store sales goals while maintaining the highest standards of guest service. - Maintain beautiful merchandise presentations and a welcoming, organized showroom. - Handle fine jewelry with care and follow established procedures for inventory security, loss prevention, and store operations. - Support your teammates in creating a positive, professional, and guest-focused environment.
