Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sacramento, CA. This position oversees restoration projects from start to finish, including coordinating mitigation, repairs, and reconstruction activities while maintaining alignment with scope, budget, and schedules. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project workflows, managing logistics and materials, supervising field teams and subcontractors, and ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards. The Project Manager communicates regularly with customers, insurance representatives, and internal stakeholders to provide status updates, address issues, and maintain documentation. This role also involves conducting site visits and inspections, resolving project constraints, and driving continuous improvement in processes and client experience.

- Experience with project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Skills in expediting and working as an expeditor to move materials, approvals, and tasks efficiently through each phase of the project.
- Background in inspection and quality control to verify completed work meets safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Knowledge of logistics management to organize equipment, supplies, vendor relationships, and on-site resource allocation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers, insurance partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site in varying conditions, prioritize multiple projects, and make sound decisions under time pressure.
- Proficiency with project management software and basic office tools; experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant education or certification in project management, construction management, or a related discipline is beneficial.
