EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED\n
- \n
- 5+ years of pricing/proposal cost estimating experience (end-to-end ownership of bids/proposals)
- Experience with government contracting / regulated pricing environments (aerospace & defense preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (building cost models, formulas, and calculations)

Ability to interpret RFQs/SOWs and translate requirements into costed pricing proposals\n
\n
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB\n
- \n
- Develop accurate, compliant cost estimates and pricing proposals for bids and proposals
- Analyze direct labor, materials, indirect costs, and other direct costs to build cost/pricing models
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, supply chain, program management, and leadership to gather cost inputs
- Review RFQs/SOWs and support proposal pricing strategy and submission timelines
- Maintain and refine Excel-based pricing tools/models to support multiple concurrent proposals
