Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute design assets across campaigns, product launches, social media, e-commerce, and professional channel materials
- Design across formats—digital, social, motion, print, and collateral—with flexibility to move between channels based on business needs
- Adapt campaign concepts and templates into platform-specific deliverables
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, applying brand guidelines with precision
- Create e-commerce assets including product imagery layouts and digital content
- Design professional channel materials—sales tools, training resources, and in-office collateral
- Develop social media content and basic motion graphics
- Support photo and video shoots with asset preparation and on-set assistance
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Education, eCommerce, and Sales teams on deliverables
- Manage multiple projects with attention to deadlines and quality standards
- Organize and maintain design files and asset libraries
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 2-4 years of design experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, luxury, or consumer brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating executional range across digital, social, and print
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects) a plus
- Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment: The work environment is indoors in a professional office environment. The floor surfaces are carpeted in office areas and conference rooms with vinyl floor covering typical in hallways, break rooms and computer rooms.
Work Hours: The work schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Initial start time may vary, with work hours typically from 9am-5pm. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. The position resides in Orange County but is hybrid with 2 days being remote work.
Physical and Mental Demands: Sedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible amounts of force frequently, to move objects. This job also requires constant sitting. Constant use of the upper extremities is required to reach, handle, and position tools and equipment. The employee must know and follow proper safety protocols and maintain a professional and polished appearance.
