About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, dependable coach to lead our preschool gymnastics program (ages 3–5). You'll be the person parents trust and little ones look forward to seeing each week. We need someone who can run a class confidently from start to finish: warm with kids, clear with parents, and consistent every time.
What You'll Do
- Plan and lead structured, age-appropriate gymnastics classes for toddlers and preschoolers
- Teach foundational skills like jumping, balancing, rolling, and coordination through play-based activities
- Keep a safe, organized class: spotting, equipment setup, and group management
- Help little ones follow directions, take turns, and build confidence
- Give parents clear, friendly updates on their child's progress
- Show up on time, prepared, and ready to model professionalism for the program
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience coaching preschool gymnastics OR teaching/overseeing a preschool, pre-K, daycare, or early childhood program
- Proven ability to manage a group of young children safely and independently
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible: someone we can count on every week
- Patient, nurturing, and energetic
- Strong communication skills with both children and parents
- Must pass a background check
Preferred
- Gymnastics coaching or competitive background
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) units or a child development background
- Understanding of toddler/preschool motor skill development
- Experience creating lesson plans or leading a program

Our owner, Sam, started as a teen who wanted to learn gymnastics. Great coaches and mentors helped him find his passion, and now our team passes that on. We're there for every kid's first cartwheel or back handspring, and we help them build confidence, work harder, and reach further, in the gym and beyond.
