Project Cleaner - Pressure Washing, Window Cleaning, and Heavy Cleaning

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pressure washing on building exteriors, walkways, and other surfaces to remove dirt, grime, and stains
- Conduct window cleaning, including interior and exterior glass surfaces, ensuring streak-free results
- Execute heavy cleaning tasks in commercial and residential spaces, including deep cleaning of surfaces and fixtures
- Carry out carpet extraction and thorough carpet cleaning to remove stains, dirt, and allergens
- Provide detailed floor cleaning and maintenance, including mopping, scrubbing, and polishing
- Cover assigned areas efficiently, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet quality standards and safety protocols
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or needs for replenishment
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, heavy cleaning, and carpet extraction
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to cover assigned areas
