Lara Insurance Agency of Wilmington, CA and Torrance, CA is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of a Commercial Insurance Sales Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Base salary is $40,000 a year. First year commissions generally around $20,000 and the top performers in our agency made $90,000 a year with commission.

Responsibilities

Process insurance quotes,
Make sales presentations
Close sales
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
Establish client relationships and follow up with them
Maintain a strong work ethic

Requirements

Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English
Must have at least 1 year Insurance experience
Property Casualty license is preferred. Employee must obtain License within 60 day of hire date. We will cover costs.
In person sales experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
