We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a Contract team supporting vendor information management within the real estate property and facilities management industry. This role is based in Los Angeles, California, and focuses on improving the quality, accuracy, and completeness of vendor-related records through careful research, analysis, and documentation. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, advanced spreadsheet capability, and a disciplined approach to handling large volumes of business data across multiple sources.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and refine vendor records by identifying incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent information and correcting issues through structured review.

• Investigate vendor offerings, service details, and organizational usage by gathering information from contracts, internal files, and external reference sources.

• Combine findings from multiple data points into a single, organized repository that supports easier access and stronger reporting accuracy.

• Examine agreements and supporting documents to capture essential vendor details, obligations, and reference information for business use.

• Maintain and update vendor profiles in Prevalent, ensuring records remain current and aligned with established data standards.

• Compare information across systems and documents to resolve discrepancies, strengthen data integrity, and reduce duplicate or conflicting entries.

• Prepare and preserve audit-friendly documentation, status trackers, and activity logs to support transparency and ongoing oversight.

• Contribute to vendor management and governance efforts by supporting processes related to record quality, compliance readiness, and operational consistency.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to manage, organize, and analyze structured business data.

• Demonstrated experience performing data cleanup, validation, reconciliation, or record remediation in a business environment.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed information accurately across multiple workstreams.

• Sharp attention to detail and a consistent approach to maintaining high-quality documentation and records.

• Ability to research information across varied sources and connect findings into a clear, reliable data set.

• Experience in areas such as vendor management, contract administration, procurement, compliance, audit, third-party risk, or business operations is preferred.

• Familiarity with document review and business analysis practices; experience with Prevalent is helpful but can be learned on the job.
