Part Time Onsite Recruiter (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Location: Bell Gardens, CA

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Onsite Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for high-volume roles and have previous onsite coordinator or onsite supervisor experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage high-volume recruiting efforts, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

Source, recruit, and screen qualified candidates for various positions.
Fill high-volume roles including:
- Material Handlers
- Lumpers
- Production Associates
- Forklift Operators
- Quality Control Associates
Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientations.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract talent.
Ensure compliance with company hiring procedures and employment regulations.
Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial staffing.
Required experience recruiting high-volume roles.
Bilingual (English/ Spanish).
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working for a staffing agency or high-volume recruiting environment.
Knowledge of logistic processes and production environments.
Familiarity with employment and onboarding documentation.
