Salary: $94K–$141K/year
Job Summary
Seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide patient evaluations, individualized treatment plans, therapeutic interventions, and progress monitoring in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct OT evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individualized therapy and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Active California OT license.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Ability to manage multiple patients effectively.
